POLICIES

POLICIES

No stylist wants to have strict policies, but we must protect our business and livelihood. Thank you for understanding.

Upon booking through Gloss Genius, you must check a box that confirms that you have read and agree to these policies and understand that your card may be kept on file.

24h Cancellation Policy - All appointment cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours before the scheduled service. All last-minute cancellations are subject to a 100% service charge. If there is no card on file, you may not be able to reschedule until fee is paid.

No-Show/Late Policy - All no-show clients, this includes being 15(+) minutes late for the scheduled service, are subject to a 100% service charge. If there is no card on file, you may not be able to reschedule until fee is paid.

STYLIST - If I (your stylist) am running behind for any reason, I will let you know. If you leave the salon prior to 15min from your scheduled appointment time, you will be subject to the exact same cancellation fee.

Correction Policy - No refunds will be offered for any services. If there is an issue with the service you received, we may schedule a touch up (depending on circumstances) ONLY if I am notified within 7 days of the original service. I do not offer corrections for clients who have changed their mind or are unhappy with the color they specifically chose. I offer a correction if there was a MISTAKE with the service.
